November 28, 2023On 31/10/2023, on the occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas and National Unity Week 2023, Student Affairs Committee of Government Model College ,Deithor organised an Essay Competition in collaboration with the NSS Unit. The theme of the essay competition was " National Unity". In addition to that an awareness talk related to National Unity and Integration was organised which was presided over by Dr. Dipok Kumar Bora , principal , Government Model College, Deithor. Dr.Brojen Sarmah, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Assamese delivered a talk on National Unity by highlighting the life and works of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Mr. Dibya Jyoti Das , Assistant Professor , Dept. of Economics offered the vote of thanks.
